Q. What is the difference between a public and private tour?

A.
-
Public Kipli Takara Tour:
-
Group Size: This tour is generally open to the public, meaning anyone can join. It often involves a diverse range of participants at a MAX group size of 15 people.
-
Cost: Public tours are typically more affordable since the cost is shared among the larger group.
-
Experience: While you may still get a knowledgeable guide, the tour experience is less personalized due to the larger number of participants. The itinerary and pace are set for the general group.
-
Schedule: Public tours have set dates and times, and participants need to join based on the availability of those slots.
-
Interaction: There's less opportunity for personal interaction with the guide or customisation of the experience, as the focus is on accommodating a wide range of people.
-
-
Private Kipli Takara Tour:
-
Group Size: A private tour is exclusive to your group, whether it's just a workplace, school or a group of family and friends. It is not shared with others.
-
Cost: Private tours tend to be more expensive because you are paying for an exclusive experience.
-
Experience: The tour is highly customisable. The guide can adjust the pace, focus on specific areas of interest, and provide more personalised insights. The group size is typically shared with people you know, which makes it a more intimate experience.
-
Schedule: Private tours offer flexibility in terms of when you want to go. You can often choose the date and time that works best for you.
-
Interaction: There's more opportunity to interact with the guide, ask questions, and tailor the experience to your preferences.
-
In summary, the main difference is the level of personalisation and exclusivity. A public tour is shared with others, and a private tour is just for you and your chosen group, offering a more tailored experience.
